CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order.

CatCow carefully chooses its partners. I proudly work with local artisans and small businesses in the US and across the world to bring you the most unique, premium items. I do not own or manufacture any product on the store.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
All orders come complete with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on your order once it is dispatched. Tracking may not be available to all countries. If you have any questions regarding shipping, feel free to contact us.
The shipping time does not include the processing time that can take up to 3 days. Also, some products are made to order, which means it is being made especially for you and may take a little longer
In very rare cases, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by customs, which unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OR NOT?
When your items have been fulfilled, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days.
